I've been doing some research in forums around the 'net, and I've come up on questions regarding Cloud 10. The quick lowdown is that it's difficult to get an interview and occasionally a call-back. But, with the nature of the economy and the volume of people around the world applying for these types of jobs, it would appear to me to be something quite expected. They are probably inundated with applicants and calls.

The good news is that many people have posted that they either have worked for them in the past or currently do, and feedback from these workers is positive.

Many jobs from Cloud 10 can ask for 30+ hours a week, and that may not work for people looking for part-time, with the traditional 20 hours or less schedule.

Another note, Cloud 10 requires you to sign a non-compete, meaning you can not work for other companies which provide the same services as they do. This may limit your ability to join with other customer service companies. Before signing any agreements, consider asking specifically for a list of competitors you may not sign up with. This may avoid legal issues in the future. For some forum posters, the non-compete was a no-go and they dropped Cloud 10 from job considerations.

One final comment, Cloud 10 is strict about background noise in your work environment, and they may drop you in the training phase if it's detected.
